Ingredients:
14 g butter
200 g sugar
1 egg
235 ml milk
1 pinch salt
250 g plain flour
Directions:
1. Beat together butter and sugar.
2. Add egg, them Milk, and salt.
3. This will look very sloppy, Dough is very moist, Turn out on to a floured board and kneed until dough springs back, press out flat and cut, put onto a greased tray resting againsed each other, Cook for 15 min.
4. When cooked turn out and wrap in a cloth.
