Ingredients:
1 cup roquefort cheese or 1 cup blue cheese |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2/3 cup salad oil |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mash cheese with a little oil. 2. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil. 3. Shake well until creamy. |
