1. Dough 2. c flour 3. eggs 4. T olive oil 5. Twater 6. process in food processor (knead) 7. when it forms a ball, remove and wrap tightly in plastic wrap, let rest at least 1 hour. 8. divide into 4 sections 9. start with level 1 on pasta qeen, dough will be dry. Run it through that level about 5 times, till dough is plyable. contine to decrease levels untill you get to level 6. make ravioli... 10. Recipe 1 11. small onion 12. small stalk celery 13. small carrot 14. oz Italian Sausage (can omit sasage for cheese ravioli) 15. italian seasoning 16. c ricotta (drained) 17. /4 c parmesan 18. /4 c parsley 19. remove sausage from casing, mix with wine 20. saute finely chopped veggies and sausage , set aside to cool 21. add ricotta parm and parsley and seasonings. 22. place on dough, boil till they come to top of pot, serve with tomato pasta sauce. 23. Recipe 2 24. small onion 25. small stalk celery 26. small carrot 27. oz finely chopped ham (use food processor) 28. c ricotta (drained) 29. /4 c parmesan 30. /4 c parsley 31. nutmeg 32. saute finely chopped veggies , set aside to cool 33. add ricotta parm and parsley ham and a dash of nutmeg 34. fill ravioli let dry abot 2 hours then freeze or cook ..boil till they come to top of pot, about 4-6 mintes serve with alfredo sauce. 35.
