Basic Millet

Found on another site, thought I'd put it here for safe keeping. Have yet to try it as of posting.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cup millet
1 tablespoon butter
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Bring water to boil.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Bring back to a boil stirring frequently.
4. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
5. Water should be absorbed and millet should be fluffy.
6. For slightly different flavor toast millet before cooking.
