2 tsp olive oil |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 clove of garlic, crushed |
28 oz diced tomatoes |
2 tsp tomato paste |
1/4 tsp dried oregano |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add onion and sautee 3 minutes until soft. Toss in garlic and cook 2 more minutes. 2. Stir in tomatoes (with juice), tomato paste and oregano. Simmer, uncovered, for about 25 minutes. |
