I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Cornell Cooperative Extension. This is enough marinade for 1 pound of meat. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon water |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a glass or stainless steel bowl. 2. Add meat, cover and put in refrigerator. Marinade cubed meat for 2-3 hours. Marinate large pieces of meat longer. 3. If you plan to use the marinade after removing the meat, be sure to cook it throughly to kill harmful bacteria. |
