Basic Macaroni and Cheese |

This is a very basic macaroni and cheese that is good on it's own, or can be used as the base to many different spins. Ingredients:
1 lb elbow macaroni |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 cups milk, warmed |
1 -2 lb sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil and drain macaroni per box instructions. 2. Melt the butter in a skillet. 3. Sprinkle in flour and stir until pasty. 4. Whisk in warmed milk and let cook until thickened. 5. Add cheese to sauce. 6. Add sauce to pasta. |
