cans diced stewed tomatoes |
can red beans, drained rinsed |
can pinto beans, drained rinsed |
18 cups uncooked long-grain rice |
18 cups water |
cumin, 2 tablespoon |
dark chili powder |
3 tablespoons cajun seasoning, # 1111 |
salt and pepper, cajun seasoning |
