This hummus has more water than olive oil, and I use almond butter instead of tahini. Other than that, it's pretty close to plain hummus, but with a bigger serving size. Ingredients:
275 g chickpeas, canned |
32 g almond butter |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
5 cloves garlic |
1/3 c water |
1/2 t paprika |
Directions:
1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until you've reached the desired consistency. |
