Perfect green salad that goes with poultry, red meat and fish and still gluten and wheat free
Ingredients:
6.5 oz bag of red and green butter lettuce
1/2 cup ready to eat shredded broccoli and carrots
3 inches of cucumber-peeled and sliced they way you like
2 tbls salted almond slivers
1/2 an avocado
1/4 cup creamy raspberry dressing
1/4 cup poppy seed dressing
Directions:
1. I'm lazy-however feel free to use half a head of each lettuces. Wash and dry accordingly
2. Add vegetables
3. Add dressing
4. Toss it up and serve
5. Also try variations of dressings and different lettuce blends. Adding different meats and cheeses makes a nice chef salad as well
