This is a basic French Toast recipe from Better Homes and Gardens. I like it with Pepperridge Farms cinnamon swirl bread which only has 80 calories per slice.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk, skim
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Dip slices of bread in mixture and cook on griddle.
