Easy to make crepes that you can stuff with your choice. We just use butter, roll them up and have with syrup. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt and butter; beat until smooth. 2. Heat lightly oiled pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoup batter onto pan, approx 1/4 cup each. Tilt pan with circular motion to coat surface evenly. 3. Cook about 2 minutes, until bottom is lightly brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. |
