2 cups water |
1 cup long grain rice |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Yield: 3 cups. |
