A really easy, basic pancake recipe with cinnamon. Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour |
1 egg |
1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Whisk the flour, milk, cinnamon and vanilla together. 2. Add the egg and mix well. 3. Cook the first side in a heated frying pan, flip the pancake when it's ready and do the other side. |
