Basic Chinese Beef Stir Fry |

Quick, easy and yummy! Ingredients:
1 lb boneless sirloin steak |
1 1/2 cups rice, cooked |
2 broccoli, heads chopped |
1/4 lb fresh snow pea |
2 tablespoons oil |
marinade |
2 tablespoons cooking sherry |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix together all marinade ingredients. 2. Partially thaw the meat, then make thin slices (With a slight diagonal cut) 3. Add the meat slices to the marinade. 4. Marinade in fridge for 1 hour. 5. Add oil to a pan and put to high heat, then add meat and veggies. Stir until meat and veggies are done. 6. Serve over a plate of rice. 7. Prep time includes marinade time. |
