Ingredients:
1 cup(s) unsalted butter (veg shortening when pure white is needed) room temp |
1/2 cup(s) milk room temp |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2 pound(s) confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix at slow speed until smooth. If stiffer frosting is needed, cut back on milk. Makes 6 cups, enough to cover a 9-inch round two layer cake. |
