Butter Icing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days. Just beat again before using. This recipe makes enough for a 9 layer cake. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
5 cups icing sugar |
2/3 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Beat butter at medium speed til light. 2. Gradually beat in sugar and cream, making 3 additions of sugar and 2 of cream. 3. This recipe makes about 4 cups. |
