1 pint cherry tomatoes |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 shallot, minced |
1 cup fresh basil leaf, chopped |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/3 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Seed and chop tomatoes. 2. Combine with all other ingredients 3. Let sit a room temperature for at least an hour for flavors to blend 4. Serve with toasted bread slices. |
