Basic bean burritos, easy to freeze and good as leftovers Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans |
1 cup salsa |
1 cup cooked rice |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divide (or monterrey jack) |
12 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients (save 1 cup of cheese for the end). 2. Spoon 1/3 cup into the center of each tortilla. 3. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. 4. Arrange burritos in greased 9x13 pan. 5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. |
