Recipe is from Manitoba Pork. Ingredients:
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
1 medium onion, diced |
Directions:
1. In a small pot combine ingredients. 2. Over medium heat, stirring often, bring sauce to boil. 3. Remove from heat and let cool. 4. Brush on your favorite pork cut during the last 5-10 minute of cooking. |
