3 large baking potatoes |
2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Drizzle potatoes with vegetable oil, and rub with kosher salt. Place on a 15- x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Pierce potatoes several times with a fork. Bake 1 hour or until tender; cut in half. |
