Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) baking potatoes |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
4 teaspoons butter |
3 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream |
4 teaspoons chopped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Pierce each potato several times with a fork. Microwave at HIGH 13 minutes or until tender, turning after 7 minutes. 2. Cut a slit into each potato; fluff potato flesh. Sprinkle potato flesh evenly with salt. Top each potato with 1 teaspoon butter, about 2 teaspoons sour cream, and 1 teaspoon chives. |
