This is a delicious, simple guacamole recipe I got from a friend at work. Ingredients:
2 avocados |
1 or 2 garlic cloves, crushed |
small amount of onion, chopped |
salt |
pepper |
1 tsp lemon juice or lime juice |
1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional) |
cayenne pepper |
meijer whole wheat tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Cut open avocado, peel, and remove the pits 2. Mash avocado with potato masher 3. Add garlic, onion, and lemon juice 4. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste 5. Mix well 6. Eat with chips |
