Yummie cookies, hope you enjoy Ingredients:
1 t almond extract |
3/4 c butter flavored crisco (i used the sticks) |
1 1/4 c packed brown sugar |
2 t milk |
1 t vanilla |
1 egg |
1 3/4 c flour |
1/4 t salt |
3/4 t baking soda |
1 c semisweet chocolate chips |
1 c pecan; pieces |
1 c rice crispy cereal |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together until fluffy the almond 2. extract, shortening, brown sugar, milk, vanilla and egg. 3. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt and soda. Add flour mixture to 4. other ingredients, blending well. Stir in chip, pecans and cereal. Place 5. rounded teaspoons of dough on a ungreased cookie sheet. Leaving 2 inches between cookies. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until golden around the edges. 6. Makes 5 dozen. |
