This is a quick meal my mom used to serve when I was a kid. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell's beef and barley soup |
10 1/2 ounces water |
8 ounces white minute rice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. 2. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked. |
