Barley, tomatoes, sesame seeds, and parsley. cold salad Ingredients:
2 cups barley |
4 plum tomatoes |
1/4 cup parsley |
1 teaspoon sesame seeds |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 clove garlic |
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Cook barley (2.5 h20 to 1 cup, 30 minutes) 2. Rinse barley with cold water 3. To a Large Mixing bowl add: 4. Diced tomatoes 5. Chopped Parsley 6. Sesame seeds 7. Smashed garlic 8. some salt 9. Barley 10. Dash or sesame oil, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. 11. Mix gently but well, cool and serve. |
