Barley, Brown Rice, Wild Rice, Celery, Carrots, Onion, Tomato, Mushroom
Ingredients:
1 3/5 cups barley
17/20 cups brown rice
7/20 cups wild rice
1 3/4 cups chopped carrots
1 3/4 cups chopped celery
28 oz. stewed tomatoes
12 oz. canned mushrooms
10 ounces chopped chicken breast
50 oz. water
3 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 1/2 tsp dry oregano
1 1/2 tsp dry parsley
1 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
1 1/2 tsp dry thyme
1 1/2 tsp dry basil
1 1/2 tsp marjoram
1 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp dehydrated onion
3 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Chop all veggies to bite size pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients in stainless steel pot.
3. Bring to boil, immediately lower heat to simmer.
4. Cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
5. Add additional water if necessary as it cooks down.
6. Turn off heat after 1 hour.
7. Let stand with lid on for about 30 minutes to allow grains to fully soak up liquid.
