5 large eggs
2 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 tsp almond extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup whole milk
10 ounces shredded coconut
1 pound cream cheese
1 pound confectioner's sugar, sifted
