This is an easy cold berry sauce , perfect over cheesecake and hot weather desserts. This recipe is from The Parson's Table Restaurant in Little River, SC. Ingredients:
1 5 oz package frozen strawberries |
1 5 oz package frozen raspberries |
1 10 oz jar strawberry preserves |
1 cup creme de cassis |
Directions:
1. Place berries, preserves, and creme de cassis in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve over dessert item of choice (truly excellent over Amaretto Cheesecake). |
