A great marinade from my friend Barbie. I have only used it for beef but it is heavenly! Someone tell me how it is with pork or chicken? Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oil |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons dry mustard |
1 tablespoon pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
2 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1/2 cup wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Blend all together in a bowl. 2. Place steaks, roasts, fillets, shish kabobs, etc. 3. in the marinade in the morning. 4. Refrigerate. 5. Grill in the evening for supper and use leftover as a basting sauce. 6. I have only used this for beef. |
