Recipe from my sister-in-law and it's great, Easy and quick for a side dish Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) can french cut green beans |
1 (1 lb) can yellow wax beans |
1 (1 lb) can dark red kidney beans |
1 (l lb) can chick peas |
1 (1 lb) can white kidney bean |
1 (1 lb) can black bean |
any other beans you like you can add too |
1/2 cup fresh minced green pepper |
1/2 cup minced red onion |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 cup (plus more to taste) sugar |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Drain all beans and place in glass bowl 2. Add minced green pepper & onion 3. Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper together 4. Pour mixture over beans and toss 5. Refrigerate covered |
