Ingredients:
beef broth
3-4 pound(s) bone in chuck roast
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) catsup and chili sause
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon(s) horseradish
1 tablespoon(s) mexican chili powder
3 tablespoon(s) mustard
1/3 cup(s) vinegar
1 tablespoon(s) worchester
Directions:
1. Roast chuck roast in a covered pan 350 with a little water and a bay leaf and sliced onion until it falls off the bone. Shred meat while still warm. Combine rest of ingrediants other than broth and simmer until flavors marry. Add beef broth if too dry. Serve on buns with cole slaw
