Mossey River Community Cookbook Ingredients:
1 lb sausage |
1/2 cup celery |
1 onion |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
4 tablespoons vinegar |
4 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon paprika |
3/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Fry onion and celery in a little butter until soft and transparent. 2. boil sausage for 2 minutes to remove fat. 3. brown slightly in pan with onion and celery. 4. cut into bite size pieces. 5. Mix other ingredients and add to pan. 6. simmer covered for 1/2 hr. |
