haven't tried this one yet, but found this in a magazine and thought it sounded delic Ingredients:
1/4 c soy sauce |
2 t dry white wine |
1 t packed brown sugar |
1 t honey |
2 tsp red food coloring |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 green onion w/top cut in half |
1 clove garlic, minced |
2 whole pork tenderloins (12 oz each) |
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce,wine,sugar,honey,food coloring,cinnamon,onion and garlic in large bowl. Add meat;turn to coat completely. Cover & refrigerate 1 Hour to overnight; turning occasionally 2. Preheat oven to 350*. Drain meat reserving juices. Place meat on wire rack over baking pan. Bake 45 min or until no longer pink in center, turning & basting frequently 3. Remove meat from oven; cool. cut into slices |
