1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients with shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for several hours. 2. Place in wire grill basket or on skewers and grill about 5 minutes on each side. |
