I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. This is a Cooking Light recipe. Ingredients:
1 lb unpeeled round red potatoes, cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks (4 medium) |
1/4 cup water |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine potato and water in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with casserole lid,. 2. and microwave at HIGH for 7 minutes, stirring after 3-1/2 minutes. 3. Add onion; cover and microwave at HIGH for 3 minutes or until vegetables. 4. are tender. Stir in barbecue sauce; cover and microwave at HIGH for 2. 5. minutes. |
