Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup dry sherry |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained |
3 lbs lean pork, cut into strips, browned and drained well |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except pork strips in crock pot and stir well. 2. Add pork and stir to coat. 3. Cook on LOW, covered, for 8-10 hours. |
