Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water |
3/4 cup catsup |
3/4 cup vinegar |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
8 (1 1/4-inch-thick) pork loin chops (about 4 1/2 pounds) |
Directions:
1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. 2. Place chops 4 to 5 inches from medium coals; grill 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with sauce. Serve any remaining sauce with chops. |
