Got this recipe from a SCUBA diving/oyster feed we had last night. Ingredients:
36 oysters |
3/4 cup italian dressing |
3 ounces bacon bits |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Barbecue oysters until they open, finish shucking with a knife. **Please wear thick gloves to do this, the oysters will be hot and possibly sharp**. 2. Pour 1 teaspoon Italian dressing over each oyster, then sprinkle with bacon bits and 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese. 3. Enjoy! |
