1/2 cup dry bread crumbs |
1/3 cup finely chopped onion |
1/4 cup milk |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 pound ground beef |
1/4 cup canola oil |
1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce |
1 jar (10 ounces) grape jelly |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. In a large skillet; brown meatballs in oil on all sides. 2.
