Helluva Yumski doesn't come in an easier, quicker package. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt substitute |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon white pepper |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 (10 ounce) lobster tails, thawed |
Directions:
1. Split the tails lengthwise with a large knife. 2. Thoroughly mix all the other ingredients. 3. Brush meat side of tail with marinade. 4. Place the tails meat side down over medium coals and grill for 5-6 minutes. 5. Turn over lobster and cook for another 5-6 minutes, brushing often with the remaining marinade. 6. Do not overcook- lobster is done when it is opaque and firm to the touch. 7. Serve with drawn butter and hunks of fresh lemon. 8. Drool. |
