Tasty snack. Great for buffets, Monday night football, movie night, bridge nights, or just for supper with mashed potatoes, gravy and salad! Ingredients:
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, sauce (see my recipe) |
black pepper |
cayenne pepper (optional) |
1 egg, beaten |
flour or breadcrumbs, seasoned with |
salt |
pepper |
1 dash curry powder (optional) |
oil (for frying) |
chicken wings |
Directions:
1. Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. 2. Mix flour and spices on a plate. 3. Heat oil. 4. Wash wings well. 5. Dip in liquid mixture. 6. Roll in flour mixture. 7. Fry until fully cooked. |
