Barbecued Cranberry Mustard Piglets |

Ingredients:
1 lb link sausage |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
3 tablespoons cranberry sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Cook the sausages over medium hot coals for about 15 minutes, turning from time to time. 2. Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl until well combined. 3. Brush a little of the mustard mixture on the sausages for the last 5 minutes of cooking. 4. Serve the sausages with the remaining mustard sauce on the side. |
