Great for the game, seconds, and company. Full of veggies, and seasonings. Ingredients:
6 cups diced chicken, cooked |
2 cups celery, chopped |
1 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup green pepper, chopped |
4 tablespoons butter |
2 cups ketchup |
2 cups water |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
4 tablespoons vinegar |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 8 hours. 2. Stir chicken until it shreds. 3. Pile onto steak rolls, and serve. |
