Ingredients:
1 (4-pound) beef brisket, trimmed |
barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Place brisket on grill 8 inches from low coals. Cover grill, and cook 2 1/2 hours or until very tender, turning and basting with Barbecue Sauce every 20 minutes. 2. Transfer brisket to a warm platter; cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Serve with Barbecue Sauce. |
