Ingredients:
1 lb fresh asparagus |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and black pepper, to taste |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Trim the bottoms of the asparagus and place in a shallow dish. 2. Pour the olive oil, salt, pepper and lime juice over the asparagus and toss well to coat thoroughly. 3. Grill over hot coals for 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender. 4. Serve immediately. |
