A good healthy twist to meatloaf. My family isn't one for meatloafs but this one everyone will eat. Can easily be doubbled Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1/3 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 cup minced onion |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
2 egg whites |
1 whole egg |
1/4 cup barbecue sauce |
barbecue sauce, for topping |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, place mixture on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Shape into a loaf, then spread barbecue sauce over the top. 2. Bake 350 for 50-55 minute. 3. The baking sheet allows excess fat to run off. |
