Barbecue Tandoori Chicken

I made this Tandoori Recipe to be Bursting with Flavor...So this is not your typical mild flavored Tandoori.
Ingredients:
3 cups regular plain yogurt
i bunch fresh chopped cilantro
2 lemons zested and juiced
1 whole large cluster of ginger pealed and minced
15 cloves of garlic minced
3 tablespoons of garam masala (indian spice blend)
3 tablespoons salt
4 lbs of skinless boneless chicken thighs
3/4 teaspoon red food color
1/2 teaspoon yellow food color (you can leave the coloring out i do most of the time)
Directions:
1. Place Chicken in a large roasting pan or bowl
2. In a Separate large bowl add the Yogurt
3. Mix in: Lemon Zest and Juice
4. Minced Ginger
5. Minced Garlic
6. Chopped Cilantro
7. Garam Masala
8. Salt
9. Food Coloring (if using)
10. Pour Marinade over The Chicken and incorporate well
11. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours or over night
12. BBQ the next day over Hard Wood or Charcoal on Medium heat for best results.
