Ingredients:
1 lb sausage, miniature smoked |
3/4 lb bratwurst, fully cooked, bite size |
3/4 lb smoked kielbasa, bite size |
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce |
2/3 cup orange marmalade |
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice |
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained |
Directions:
1. In a 3-quart crock pot, combine the sausages. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, marmalade, mustard & allspice, then pour this mixture over the sausages, stirring to coat. 3. Cover & cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until heated through. 4. Stir in the pineapple before serving. |
