Barbecue Sauced Mini Meatloaves |

I found this recipe in an old church cookbook that I found at a yard sale many years ago. They are very easy to throw together and I always found my kids loved having their own meatloaf to eat. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground chuck |
1/2 cup milk |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup finely chopped onion |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 cup catsup |
Directions:
1. For Meatloaves:. 2. Mix ground chuck, milk, bread crumbs, salt and onion together. Form into 4 patties or loaves. Place in baking dish. 3. For Sauce:. 4. Combine vinegar, brown sugar, Worchestershire sauce and catsup together. Pour over loaves in pan. 5. Place in 350 over and bake for 35-40 minutes. |
